She caters to all your hair care including Color services, haircuts, blowouts, conditioning treatments, and perms. This has been her career and passion for over 17 years! *Specialty colors need a consultation first. I don't keep all of the fun colors in stock and pricing depends on what all we have to do.
Cancelation policy: (of course, there are some exceptions)
Cancel with 48+ hours notice, no fee.
Cancel between 48-24 hours notice, 50% of service deposit before rescheduling another appointment (this goes towards your next app).
Cancel less than 24 hours notice, 50% of service due for last minute cancelation (this does not go towards next app and must be paid before I will reschedule).
No show fee: 100% of service due (this does not go towards next app and most be paid before I will reschedule).
**2 or more last minute cancelations or no shows, I will not reschedule.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, there is a high chance I will not be able to do your hair at that scheduled appointment and/or result in a fee. I know sometimes I am running behind but 99% of the time, that is because a client was running late previously.
